In the "now I've heard everything" category, a New York man has stated "you have to have a pet, a dog, to know what it is all about" to justify spending $10,000 "Bark Mitzvah." A hundred guests witnessed the event, including Dr. Ruth.
The dog, named Elvis, is described by his owner, David Best, as, "extremely handsome, he has a great personality and everyone loves him."
Well, what else can you say, except, Mazel tov, Elvis!
